Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) Professional Seminar
Overview
Teaching today has numerous challenges both inside and outside of the classroom. As a current teacher, you must be skilled in appropriately using the internet and technology in the classroom, provide a nurturing and positive classroom climate, learn how to enhance a student’s motivation, and design the curriculum to meet the needs of your students and the standards of your school.
Whether you teach children, teenagers, or adults, this seminar will provide you practical skills and increase your confidence in the classroom as you learn the latest developments in the field. There will be ample time to experience the culture and social diversity of Southern California – a first-hand opportunity to share with your students – while networking with other professionals in the field.
Who Should Attend
The TEFL Professional Seminar is designed for current teachers of English or teachers in other content areas who have a minimum of two years of teaching experience.
